Once again, Ann Bares of Compensation Force has posted both voluntary and involuntary turnover statistics for 2009, collected by Compdata Surveys in their Annual Compensation Survey.  According to Ann, the survey culled data from more than 4,800 Human Resources departments across the U.S.
